Instructional System Specialist

About the role

You will serve as an Instructional System Specialist in the Naval Education and Training Command of CENTER FOR SUBMARINE. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilize curriculum development and software; 2) Develop statements of work to support curriculum development efforts; 3) Review and evaluate technology for application in technical training system/environment; and 4) Evaluate Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) curricula analysis documentation for alignment with sound Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles and policies.
