Receptionist Day & Night - Flexi Job/Student

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures (if applicable)
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
• Concierge and valet service
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
• Provide general administrative support to different departments
• Monitor and manage reception area cleanliness and presentation
• Coordinate messages, deliveries, and internal communications
• Support night shift duties such as security monitoring and basic reporting
• Ensure smooth handover between day and night teams
• Previous experience in reception, front office, or customer service
• Flexible availability for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Strong communication skills in - Dutch , French and English languages is a plus
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email systems, or reception software)
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• Trustworthy and reliable
