- Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL / Washington, DC in USD per year is: $104,000 - $130,000.
- New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $125,000 - $156,000.
- Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.

This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship. Overall Purpose The Lead Enterprise Risk Analyst is a senior-level individual contributor within the Risk Program Governance function. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, providing technical expertise and analytical support to ensure the Company's risk posture is accurately monitored, maintained, and reported. Essential Functions Framework Execution: Execute the development and maintenance of ERM policies and standards, ensuring alignment with COSO and OCC Heightened Standards across the firm. Risk Assessment Support: Facilitate organization-wide risk assessments by providing technical guidance to business units to ensure material risks are identified and prioritized. Issues Management: Perform day-to-day operations of the Issues Management framework, tracking the remediation lifecycle and ensuring data integrity within the GRC tool. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for business and second-line teams to ensure disciplined intake and timely resolution of risk findings. Reporting & Analytics: Develop risk dashboards and management reports for the ERMC and Board, translating complex risk data into actionable trends and insights. Audit & Exam Prep: Coordinate the collection and preparation of materials for internal audits and regulatory examinations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Metric Development: Partner with management to define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and maintain comprehensive risk registers. Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiencies within the GRC platform, leveraging workflows and automation to streamline risk reporting. Program Monitoring: Conduct periodic reviews of program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement based on regulatory expectations and industry trends.
