- Professional Skills: Strong attention to detail, service orientation, time management, and clear written/verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and follow defined processes; proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Sagitta and ImageRight preferred.
- Experience: one year of insurance agency experience; experience with Construction accounts preferred.
- Educational requirements: College degree; brokers license is required, can be obtained once hired.
