Senior Performance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
• Perform load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.
• Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze results and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to resolve performance issues.
• Assist in performance tuning of applications, databases, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in performance testing or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with at least one performance testing tool (JMeter/LoadRunner/k6).
• Understanding of performance metrics: response time, throughput, CPU/Memory usage.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar).
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
