About the role

Join us as a full-time Kindergarten Care Teacher (Programme Staff). In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and educational support to young children, ensuring their social, emotional and academic development. Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging educational activities, including structured play, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children to learn and thrive
  • Observe and monitor children's progress, identifying and addressing any developmental or behavioural concerns
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on their child's development and address any concerns
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to implement the curriculum and ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or Student Care Centre (Early Childhood / Early Years) certificate
  • Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for nurturing and supporting the development of young children
