Job Description: We are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to join our technical team with Innovative Captive Strategies in Waukee, IA. This role plays a vital role at continuing to improve and enhance our Salesforce platform and will be responsible for offering support to our Salesforce users. Starting a career with Innovative Captive Strategies is a great opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a collaborative, growth-focused environment while building a strong foundation in the captive insurance industry. Essential Responsibilities: Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules. Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): object and field creation, page layouts and lighting pages, record types, custom settings. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support Monitor End user Adoption and propose ideas to further drive adoption.
