Reporting to the HR Director, this senior role gives you ownership of the total reward, benefits and co-member experience agenda , with real influence across the business. This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Brackmills (Northampton) office (free parking onsite). Salary range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
