Quality Control Engineer

About the role

- Develop and maintain quality control standardsand procedures to ensure product compliance with customer requirements. - Develop and implement test plans, protocols andinspection processes in accordance with applicable standards. - Monitor and inspect incoming and outgoingproducts to ensure quality and accuracy. - Investigate and analyze customer complaints andnon-conforming products and recommend corrective actions. - Develop and maintain a quality assurance systemto ensure that products meet customer specifications. - Identifyand recommend improvements in existing processes, procedures and products. - Provide technical support and guidance to otherdepartments on quality control procedures. - Assist in maintaining compliance with applicablenational, international and internal standards and regulations - Prepare detailed reports on quality controlactivities and findings. - Developand implement training programs and materials on quality control processes.
