Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience with experience in full-set accounts
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

Additional Information

Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for full set of accounts and record transaction data accurately. Prepare payments and staff reimbursements Prepare financial reporting, closing statements, creating journal entries and manage AR/AP. Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts monthly. Assist with financial and tax audits. Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization. Responsible for IRAS related matters. Handle onboarding new employees. Managing employee records and HR documentation. Assisting with performance appraisals Handle HR compliance and legal requirements. Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software. Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms. Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports. Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc. Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required. Assisting in office correspondence and general administrative tasks, and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
