- Master the Platform : Learn BeatGig's services and value proposition to effectively support Talent Buyers and clients.
- Build a Pipeline : Research and develop a database of prospective clients, acquiring contact information for outreach.
- Engage Prospects : Conduct outreach to potential clients, addressing objections to secure bookings.
- Artist Booking : Check artist availability and assist in negotiating terms with artists, managers, and agents.
- Contract Management: Secure signed booking contracts and ensure accuracy in all transaction details.
- Account Completion: Assist in finalizing artist accounts and ensuring all required documentation is in place.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Additional Duties : Complete any other responsibilities as assigned to support Talent Buyers and the broader team
