- Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical advisory on platform capabilities, tools selection, and solution design

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on AEM development experience
- At least 2 years in a senior or lead technical capacity
- Strong expertise in AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and DAM
- Solid experience with Sling, OSGi, JCR, Apache Felix
- Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, and REST API development
- Strong frontend knowledge including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue
- Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Adobe Cloud
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of performance tuning, caching strategies, and security best practices
