Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a flat surface and up a flight of stairs . - Have a "Can-Do Aloha" attitude at all times for guests and teammates. - Complete maintenance work orders efficiently. - Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repair deficiencies. - Assist guests upon request with luggage and room moves. - Keep maintenance shop clean, organized and safe. - Perform daily PMCS on gold cart prior to use. - Track daily work. - Perform other duties as assigned. - High School Diploma or equivalent additional experience. - One year or more of maintenance experience. - Understanding of plumbing, electricity, carpentry and overall maintenance. - Basic understanding of general repair and troubleshooting problems. - Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. - Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. #imvwro Marriott Vacations Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
