Apply your expertise as an EPC Sales Manager covering the Toronto Region, Canada Expectations The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead the selected Oil & Gas large / complex Global Projects in all aspects during the EPC Project Sales phase with the ultimate goal to grow the Oil & Gas project business orders. To excel in the role you should: Identify the customer and key players and make sure that the contacts and communication lines are established. Cooperate and interact closely with the local sales offices that are involved in the project, discuss and communicate with the local offices and associated channel partners to agree the project strategy and approach for the applicable local EPC / customer. Work with the global project team to establish an overall strategy for the selected projects and implement accordingly. Establish personal contacts with the EPC and end customer project decisions makers. To succeed in this role you will need : Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years. Strong understanding of the oil & gas market and EPC business. Technical understanding of valves and automation products. Presentation Skills and strong understanding of MS office and Salesforce. Be an excellent communicator who radiates compassion, integrity loyalty to Valmet's respective customers, partners, shareholders, and employees. Strong in networking and strategic skills Ability to build and leverage effective working relationships in a global matrix organization. Moderate travel required.
