Product Manager (Web)

Responsibilities

• Systematically analyzing big data sets to answer questions that will drive different product roadmaps and create impactful results.
• Periodically re-prioritizing the Product Backlog considering business priorities as communicated by the Executive Team.
• Clearly articulating the business value to product teams and ensuring they understand the intent behind every new product or release.
• Taking part in every aspect of Learna's web product, from brainstorming new features to launching updates.
• Driving alignment across cross-functional teams, guiding the product journey from concept to launch with clear communication.
• Understanding the needs and perspectives of different teams by working closely with data, marketing, QA, and executive teams.
• Continuously benchmarking, monitoring, and understanding market needs, competition, user requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Iterating with A/B tests and making data-driven product decisions to optimize UX/UI and monetization.
• Optimizing and tracking monetization channels to improve LTV.
• Monitoring ongoing tasks, validating progress, and ensuring timelines stay on track.

Requirements

• Relevant background. You bring experience in product management, with a strong focus on web products, as well as digital products or a related field. A technical foundation is a strong advantage.
• Curiosity for AI and digital products. You're interested in how AI, marketing, and product innovation intersect and motivated to build impactful products.
• Strong analytical thinking. You're comfortable working with data, experiments, and product metrics, and can break down complex problems into structured decisions.
• Evidence-driven mindset. You rely on research, insights, and data to guide product direction.
• Clear communication. You can effectively communicate ideas and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English. You communicate confidently in both written and spoken English.

POSITION Every product team needs to be fast-paced and data-driven to be successful. And it takes an exceptional Product Manager to make it happen. As a Web Product Manager at Codeway, you'll work directly with our Head of Product and Executive Team, focusing specifically on the web experience of our Learna AI. While you take part in every aspect of the web product, you'll make data-driven decisions guided by business-related insights. It will be an important part of your job to understand the different needs of different teams and allocate engineering efforts accordingly - especially to optimize Learna's web funnels, user conversions, retention, and overall growth performance. You'll help teams gain meaningful insights from data and systematically re-prioritize the Product Backlog based on business priorities. As you continue to develop both your technical and soft skills, you're naturally building the foundation for a career where you can take on broader responsibilities in product development - particularly in scaling high-performing web products that support and grow a global mobile app ecosystem.
