What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Your role will be focused on strategic lead generation, qualification, and sales pipeline growth. Strategic Prospecting: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (e.g., 60+ daily calls, personalized emails, and social selling) to engage decision-makers within target accounts. Qualification & Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify potential leads and successfully schedule demos for Account Executives. Pipeline Management: Master our sales methodology and technology to effectively manage your daily activities and pipeline. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute winning sales strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities. Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek out coaching and feedback to continuously learn and improve your sales skills and grow your career.
