Requirements

  • We're looking for someone who is passionate about leading with impact, driving innovation, and creating exceptional employee experiences .
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proven Leadership - 5+ years of experience within a multinational environment, including 2+ years managing a team.
  • Broad experience in a shared service center, with a proven track record of leading regional or global service delivery teams, preferably in an HR services environment (2-7 years)
  • HR & Tech Savvy - Strong knowledge of Workday HR processes and CRM/Request Management Software is a plus.
  • Process & Performance Mindset - Experience in streamlining operations, eliminating inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven decision-making.
