Specialist, Delivery Zone Analytics

Responsibilities

• Optimize delivery zones across 18 APAC and EU markets to boost logistics efficiency and expand customer choice.
• Analyze and transform large data sets into clear and actionable visualizations, providing critical insights to guide team decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local and regional teams to refine workflows, AVR configurations, and zone performance.
• Lead the implementation and rollout of new logistics products and features from end to end, ensuring quality and efficiency improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement projects that align with business goals and enhance operational scalability across diverse markets.
• Act as a bridge between regional operations and central product teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful implementation.
• Ideally 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, product operations, or similar roles within tech, mobility, or delivery industries .
• Must have: Proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and performance optimization strategies.
• Proven working experience with interpreting and translating data into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
• Effective capabilities in driving projects including cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse markets and teams; and strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with dispatching systems, logistics workflows, or Delivery Areas mechanisms is a plus.
• Prior experience working across multiple regions is highly desirable.
