Responsibilities
- Drive customer success and satisfaction:
- Own the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
- Strengthen client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and adoption.
- Be a proactive consultant, addressing client challenges before they arise.
- Establish revenue growth by utilizing expansion potential:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead strategic conversations and maximize revenue potential backed by data and value-driven insights.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor and/ or master's degree (or an interesting reason for dropping out)
- 2+ years in a client-facing role (AE or CSM), managing complex accounts, preferably in a SaaS company
- Proven ability to engage and present to executives and key decision-makers.
- Entrepreneurial and commercial with a passion for delivering value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- English communication skills both written and verbal - Business level
