Responsibilities
- You'll help keep our facility running safely and efficiently by maintaining equipment, systems, and building infrastructure. Day-to-day work includes:
- Performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment

- Ability to follow maintenance instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical & Work Environment Expectations
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in cold storage environments (down to -20°F) or warmer areas (up to 100°F) with provided PPE
- Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends
- Some sites involve higher noise levels or working at heights (training and safety equipment provided)
