The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team drives Disney's social impact, community engagement and inclusion efforts across LATAM. As a Supervisor, CSR & DEI, you will lead CSR programs in Brazil while supporting regional initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, driving volunteer and inclusion programs, and promoting Disney's social impact through communications, events and stakeholder engagement. The Supervisor, Corporate Social Responsibility will be responsible for: Lead the CSR strategy for Brazil and oversee its implementation. Prospect, identify and manage relationships with nonprofit organizations, community partners and DEI stakeholders. Coordinate with Lines of Business to identify opportunities and develop integrated CSR and DEI initiatives. Develop customized projects in partnership with Marketing, DCP, Production and other business areas, aligned with global priorities and local needs. Lead and coordinate accessibility strategies and processes for company events in partnership with Live Events and Business Partners, ensuring inclusive experiences. Identify opportunities, events, organizations and local specialists that support CSR and DEI objectives. Oversee the strategy and implementation of Disney VoluntEARS initiatives across Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Lead local CSR and DEI programs, initiatives and positioning events. Coordinate with Communications, Marketing, Legal, Events, Production and other internal stakeholders on CSR and DEI initiatives. Provide guidance and support to teams working with nonprofit organizations and community partners. Support Disaster Relief initiatives when required. Drive communication and PR efforts related to CSR and DEI programs, including media engagement, storytelling and visibility materials. Manage external agencies supporting events, campaigns and community engagement initiatives. Deliver training and awareness initiatives from a business-oriented perspective, promoting social impact and inclusion across the organization. What we need from you to be part of this story: 4+ years of professional experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Social Impact, ESG, DEI, Community Relations, Communications, Corporate Affairs, Nonprofit Management, or related fields. Experience developing and implementing CSR and/or DEI strategies and programs. Experience managing partnerships with nonprofit organizations and community stakeholders. Experience coordinating events, volunteer programs and social impact campaigns. Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders in matrixed and multinational environments. Advanced English & Spanish are a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinking and strong project management capabilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusion initiatives. Business acumen combined with a passion for social impact and community engagement. Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
