Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Daily Site Supervision: Coordinate day-to-day construction operations, ensuring structural/architectural work meets specifications.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforce all safety regulations (EHS standards) to prevent incidents.
• Team Leadership & Subcontractors: Supervise workers (NTS/PRC), manage schedules, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports, document site progress, and track measurements.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect materials, tools, and finished work for compliance with project standards.
