Carry out quantity take-off and Prepare Bill of Quantities for M&E trades for new project tenders Attend site visits, if necessary. Source for supplier and sub-contractor for quotation for M&E trades. Analyse and compare quotations. Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing for M&E trades. . Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry Proficiency in Glodon Cubicost software for tender preparation Good knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) trades preferred
