Job DescriptionYou will develop assembly lines and improve production processes in daily operations and in a new factory environment. You will work closely with line technicians, operators, and support functions to solve production issues and support the value flow. You will analyze challenges in the assembly process and help secure strong results in health and safety, quality, and delivery. You will drive the development of assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA. You will help ensure that the right tools are available at the right station or department and that they meet production requirements. You will take part in weekly meetings with line managers and support functions to follow up on progress, priorities, and ongoing activities.
