Assembly Production Engineer

About the role

You will help develop and improve assembly lines in both an existing factory and a new production environment within the robotics industry. This is a hands-on role where you combine production engineering, problem solving, and continuous improvement to make sure assembly flows meet targets for health and safety, quality, and delivery. You will work closely with technicians, operators, line managers, and support functions, with clear influence over how assembly methods and tools are developed. Job DescriptionYou will develop assembly lines and improve production processes in daily operations and in a new factory environment. You will work closely with line technicians, operators, and support functions to solve production issues and support the value flow. You will analyze challenges in the assembly process and help secure strong results in health and safety, quality, and delivery. You will drive the development of assembly methods, work instructions, and PFMEA. You will help ensure that the right tools are available at the right station or department and that they meet production requirements. You will take part in weekly meetings with line managers and support functions to follow up on progress, priorities, and ongoing activities. RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience working as a production engineer developing assembly factories Master of Science in production engineering, supply chain, or a similar field Good knowledge of ERP systems Good knowledge of Lean and World Class Manufacturing Nice to haveA strong drive to improve current processes and ways of working A proactive mindset and a strong sense of urgency when production support is needed A high level of ownership and responsibility in your area of work What We OfferPermanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis - apply as soon as you can.
