- Document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately and comprehensively.
- Maintain and update process documentation to reflect changes resulting from improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of process maps and reference materials for cross-functional use.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or project experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for process improvement.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with project management or process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Exposure to data analytics tools, automation platforms, or process improvement methodologies (CI, LEAN, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
