Allocation Analyst, Wholesale Planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in allocation, planning, merchandising, or a related analytical role, preferably within wholesale or consumer products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with planning systems, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
