Job Description: Position: Shipping Assistant (6 Months' Contract) Well Established US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:15pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 Working Location: Tuas Company Transport Provided Duration: Contract Industry: US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing Main Responsibilities: Prepare and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders. Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange shipments. Prepare and verify import/export documentation for shipment clearance. Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Handle customer enquiries and assist in resolving delivery and shipment-related issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation for orders and shipments. Support the General Manager with administrative and operational duties as assigned.
