  • Coordinate special projects and track project status updates
  • Experience in managing field or operational teams
  • Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Fast learner with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
