Permanent Consultant - Hammersmith Accy

About the role

You'll manage a West London Accountancy & Finance perm desk , covering areas including Hammersmith, Kensington, Notting Hill and Earls Court. This desk has: An established reputation built by a successful previous consultant Active client relationships with room to re-engage and expand Strong potential across mid-level finance roles (£40k+) Opportunity to build long-term client partnerships You'll have the autonomy to run your desk like your own business, backed by an experienced manager and a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

• Owning a 360 recruitment desk within Accountancy & Finance (permanent market)
• Developing and converting new business opportunities across your West London patch
• Rebuilding and strengthening existing client relationships
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, interviewing and placement
• Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates

Requirements

• We are specifically seeking experienced recruiters who can hit the ground running.
• You'll bring:
• Proven experience in agency recruitment (ideally 360)
• A track record of business development and revenue generation
• Confidence managing permanent recruitment processes end-to-end
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert opportunities
