Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy
• -⁠ ⁠Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• -⁠ ⁠Develop marketing material aligned with business goals.
• -⁠ ⁠Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Content & Social Media
• -⁠ ⁠Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and flyers.
• -⁠ ⁠Translate psychological concepts into accessible and engaging public education.
• -⁠ ⁠Coordinate photography, videography and graphic design.
• -⁠ ⁠Manage website updates and Instagram content.
• Brand & Communications
• -⁠ ⁠Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• -⁠ ⁠Write media responses and corporate communications.
• Corporate & Partnership Marketing
• -⁠ ⁠Promote corporate workshops and mental wellness programmes.
• -⁠ ⁠Develop marketing materials for B2B clients.
• -⁠ ⁠Build relationships with community partners and organisations.
• Digital Marketing
• -⁠ ⁠Manage email marketing campaigns.
• -⁠ ⁠Coordinate paid social media and Google advertising.
• -⁠ ⁠Monitor SEO and website analytics.
• Analytics
• -⁠ ⁠Track key marketing metrics.
• -⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly reports on engagement, leads and campaign performance.
• -⁠ ⁠Recommend data-driven improvements.
• Support
• -⁠ ⁠understand Front Desk role and customer service orientation
• -⁠ ⁠⁠supervision of marketing interns during the intern cycle

Requirements

• -⁠ ⁠Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• -⁠ ⁠Excellent writing and editing skills.
• -⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• -⁠ ⁠Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
• -⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
• -⁠ ⁠Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• -⁠ ⁠Singaporean or PRs only.
