- 3+ years of experience leading complex enterprise projects, including multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibility
- Experience operating within a formal PMO structure, reporting into senior leadership, and adhering to enterprise governance standards
- Proven ability to develop and present to leadership.
- Strong experience communicating project risk, defending timelines, and navigating funding discussions under pressure.
- Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or security-adjacent platform environments.
- Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts (e.g., provisioning, authentication, governance, PAM, SSO, MFA).
- History of budget oversight, project tracking, and RAID log management.
- Ability to sequence complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across technical and business teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
- Experience in a financial institution is a bonus!
