Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Early Years Development Framework for infants to meet their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth needs.

- Adhere to health and safety protocols, include proper sanitation practices, safe sleep guidelines and emergency procedures. Monitor the health and well-being of infants and respond promptly to any signs of distress or illness.
- Work collaboratively with other educators and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Share ideas, resources, and strategies for enhancing the quality of care and education provided to infants.
- Stay informed about the best practices in infant care and early childhood education. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Respect and celebrate the diversity of families and communities served by the child care centre. Create an inclusive environment that values and respects each child's unique background, culture and abilities.
- Report suspected abuse cases to Principal.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care or equivalent
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Education
- Certified by Early Childhood and Development Agency (ECDA) at EY1 category
- Experience in handling infants
- Good verbal communication skills
