ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assists with commercial account openings complying with all BSA, CIP, OFAC, and bank policies surrounding new customer deposit account set-ups. Assists with tracking new account and Treasury Management documentation Assists with performing Treasury Management account maintenance such as but not limited to signer changes, address changes, check orders, debit card orders, fraud claim submissions Partner with Treasury Management Sales Officers and/or management in resolving customer issues or complaints Posses an understanding of the financial services offered by the bank while specializing in Treasury products Assist with fee reversals and account research when a need Complies with Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA PATRIOT Act including adhering to the Customer Identification Program, customer due diligence procedures, identifying high risk accounts, and reporting suspicious and/or fraudulent activities to FIU department. Completes all bank compliance training in a timely manner. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. COMPETENCIES Commitment to provide excellent customer service General banking knowledge Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements Education : Associates Degree or higher preferred Experience : comparable work experience Treasury Management experiences, preferred. Prior experience with Fiserv Premier Core and Fiserv Commercial Center, preferred. Certifications/Specific Knowledge : MS office expertise (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Project), Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Proven understanding of the technical aspects of Treasury Management products i.e. file formats, file transmissions. Excellent written/oral communications skills; Proven success in problem analysis and resolution; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Strong organization skills; Ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy; must be a team player. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES On the job training with other Treasury Management team members. Required annual compliance training. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is located in a private office. Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. TRAVEL This position may require some travel from time to time.
