From guiding founders through business strategy to coordinating expert mentorship and investor connections, you'll help shape the next generation of foodtech leaders. You'll work cross-functionally, plan and execute unforgettable events, and ensure every aspect of the program delivers real, measurable impact. What you'll do: Program Design & Management - Plan and structure the accelerator program in line with Eatable Adventures' methodology. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality experience for all participants. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, investors, mentors, and key players in the FoodTech ecosystem. Facilitate synergies and collaborations between startups and other sector initiatives. Startup Support & Evaluation - Provide hands-on guidance to startups in areas like business development, go-to-market strategy, and scalability. Monitor their progress and performance, offering feedback and support to drive measurable outcomes. Events & Mentorship Coordination - Organize impactful events, workshops, and training sessions. Coordinate mentorship and networking opportunities between startups and industry experts to enrich their journey. Resource Enablement & Promotion - Ensure startups have access to critical resources such as funding, infrastructure, and technical expertise. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the program and its success stories. Project Oversight & Continuous Improvement - Apply effective project management practices to keep all activities on track.
