About the role

Assist the Corporate Safety Manager in managing the corporate Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management system. Serve as the designated Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) for HDB projects Implement and oversee the project-specific WSHE management system and programs in alignment with corporate procedures. Conduct daily inspection and take follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance Conduct safety induction/ tool-box meeting / training and emergency drills Develop safety & emergency response procedures and spearhead safety committee Conduct Risk assessment and implementation of SWP at workplace Ensure PTW supporting documents are valid and in place for operational performance To inspect and examine workplace records, certificates, notices and documents kept or required to be kept under the WSHA. Implement practical pollution control measures, material wastage control and 3-R programs to safeguard the environment Support company and project initiatives to achieve SHE-related awards and certifications. Coordinate emergency response actions during accidents or incidents. Conduct accident and incident investigations to identify causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence. Promote a positive safety culture through effective communication with employees on safety matters.
