We are seeking a Client Services Representative who will be responsible for managing a book of business for both TPA and Non-TPA clients to ensure key deliverables are met, driving both business growth and client retention. Work Mode: Worked in a hybrid environment, collaborating in our Denver office 2 days per week while managing responsibilities effectively in a remote setting. Job Responsibilities: Provide world-class customer service through email, phone, and other client communication channels. Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, including retention, issue resolution, communications, and product-related support. Apply industry knowledge and problem-solving skills to meet goals and support client needs independently. Identify, analyze, and document client business needs by gathering specifications, conducting research, and recommending solutions. Assist clients with questions regarding Safe Harbor IRA account setup and transfers with outside Third Party Administrator firms.
