Responsibilities

  • You will serve as a key driver of commercial momentum by initiating outreach, qualifying accounts, and ensuring opportunities stay active and progressing.

  • Required Experience
  • 1-3+ years of inside sales, outbound prospecting, appointment setting, or account development experience
  • Experience conducting cold calls and qualifying leads
  • CRM proficiency required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously
  • Preferred Experience
  • Agriculture or agribusiness exposure
  • HubSpot CRM experience
  • Experience supporting field-based sales teams
  • Interest in workflow development and sales process optimization
