Requirements: - Education and Qualification Requirements - Professional Certificate/ NiTec, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, Product Design or related fields. - 3 + years of relevant experience in lighting, building automation, or electrical solutions. Experience Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, project management, or business development role within the lighting trade industry. - Proven experience in managing lighting projects from inception to completion. - Sales and project experience in the lighting/automation trade is advantageous. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CRM systems, and project management tools. - Strong knowledge of IT networks, building automation, and lighting control systems. - Expertise in Dialux for lighting simulations and project proposals. - Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively. - Knowledge of procurement processes, cost optimization, and client relationship management in lighting projects. Additional Eligibility Qualifications - Background in sales and marketing within the lighting industry. - General Engineering background in Civil & Electrical is advantageous. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business growth - Class 3A Driving License (preferred only) Working hours : Mon-Fri - 9:00am - 6:30pm , Sat - 9:00am - 1:00pm
