Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance forecasting models and inventory plans for warehouse, local stockrooms, and in-store replenishment
  • Optimize inventory levels, stockroom utilization, and replenishment cadence across all locations
  • Lead liquidation and aged-inventory strategies to minimize waste and maximize recovery value
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse-to-stockroom and stockroom-to-register inventory flow processes

  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, logistics, or merchandise operations
  • Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-location inventory operations.
  • Leadership experience with team development responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, distribution, entertainment, or theme park environments
  • Familiarity with SAP, Manhattan, or similar inventory management systems
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tools
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain, Analytics, or Operations) and/or professional certifications such as APICS/CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma are preferred
