Main Responsibilities Energy Sustainability - Lead the department in building up solutions and capabilities in the Energy Market for Region - Explore and develop new solutions and products that can enhance company market position and drive greater growth for the company - Research and Development of new products and new offerings to the Energy Market including HVAC, programming, automation, PLC, Scada and other controls and energy related solutions Customer Consultancy, Solutions and Support - Formulate and provide solutions to client on HVAC plant and related equipment - Provide deep and strong technical analysis and explanation of solutions proposed - Understand the operations, pain points and provide support to client to solve identified problems - Provide holistic and practical improvement plans of HVAC plant to client Presales - Setup good templates and process that will enable efficiency, efficacy and productivity of the organization - Develop strong cadence, standards and discipline for the Sustainability team. - Closely engage and support sales and business development team to sharpen the speed and effectiveness to the market - Analyse the effectiveness of solutions provided to sales and continuously review and make improvements to the framework, processes, tools, skills and knowledge - Take lead to present and explain the company's value proposition to customer and build confidence in customer on company's products and solutions Others - Identify and build organizational capabilities suitable for the market in the 5-10 years horizon ahead. - Provide advises and support to management to chart the water for the future strategies of the company's solutions. - Employ latest technologies to enable team to be on the cutting edge of the Energy Market - Managing budget and expenses for department - Build efficiencies across department by deploying innovations and inventions - Develop and train the technical solution professionals in and across department - Enrich and enhance personal knowledge to keep up to market for Energy Market related domains
