J.S. Held is seeking a Managing Director with deep expertise in delay analysis and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and superior work products to our clients. This role involves overseeing scheduling, inspection, support, and delivery of multiple projects within the insurance claim and construction consulting industry. At J.S. Lead and manage complex projects with a focus on schedule delay analysis. Perform advanced analysis of delay claims using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, applying Critical Path Methodology (CPM). Review and interpret construction contracts for terms and conditions relevant to claims. Analyse construction claim costs related to insurance events. Prepare detailed, professional reports for clients and stakeholders. Provide strategic project management oversight across multiple disciplines. Support business development efforts and contribute to building a strong client base. 12+ years' experience in Construction or Construction Consulting. Proven expertise in construction scheduling and delay analysis. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel. BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience in the Energy Construction sector. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills. Ability to organise and evaluate complex project files. Client-facing experience with strong business development capabilities. Occasional travel required.
