As a Learning and Development Senior Consultant within our Learning & Performance team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our people develop throughout their careers-from onboarding through to leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver transformational learning experiences that directly impact our firm's ambition, while working alongside a collaborative and ambitious leadership team that genuinely values the strategic importance of learning and development. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position - Substantial professional experience in Learning and Development , ideally with exposure to programme design, delivery, and evaluation across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, and digital) - Instructional design expertise with the ability to create engaging, evidence-based learning solutions that drive measurable business impact and learner engagement - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to influence across the organisation and translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences - Commercial acumen and analytical mindset , comfortable with AI and data analysis tools (Excel, ideally Power BI or Tableau) to evaluate programme effectiveness and demonstrate ROI What type of work will I be doing? - Design and deliver learning programmes across our onboarding journey, early careers curriculum (including co-op and intern programming), and core development offerings, ensuring consistency and quality - Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify learning needs, co-create engaging learning experiences, and tailor solutions that address specific organisational challenges - Lead programme rollouts and coordination , managing timelines, logistics, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless implementation across the firm - Support the Learning Business Partner team through stakeholder engagement, learning needs analysis, evaluation frameworks, and reporting to demonstrate learning impact - Manage learning administration and technology , working with our offshore team to ensure quality programme management, learning management system administration, and continuous improvement - Develop and maintain learning communications , including intranet updates and learner support, to build awareness and accessibility of development opportunities - Champion blended and digital learning solutions , leveraging the latest tools and best practices-including AI and emerging technologies-to enhance learning experiences and impact - Conduct research and evaluation on learning effectiveness, gathering feedback and metrics to continuously refine our programmes and stay aligned with industry best practice Who is the Hiring Manager?
