Surfacing Squad & Foreperson - Tayside / Fife / East Central

Responsibilities

• Carry out work in accordance with instructions given by the Foreperson
• Ensure all plant and equipment is properly maintained, safe to use and operated in the manner for which it was designed
• Maintain all PPE to a high standard to ensure it is in a good serviceable condition
• Support less experienced operatives
• Maintain professional working practices
• Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures and safety commitments
• Report all accidents, incidents, near miss events, issues and concerns
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the quality requirements of the specification
• Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Previous Surfacing Experience desirable, however full training will be provided
• CSCS card desirable
• Driving licence is essential for all roles

We have a requirement for a squad that will operate in the East Central Belt / Fife & Tayside area. The squad will comprise of the following roles: 1 Foreperson 1 Screwman 1 Paver Operator 2 Roller Operators 1 Banksman 1 3CX Operator 1 Labourer
