Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Office 365, LAN, and network infrastructure
• Knowledge of networking concepts including LAN and WAN technologies

📍 Work Location: Nearest MRT: Labrador Park 🕘 Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm or 9:00am to 5:45pm 💰 Salary: Basic up to $5,500 + Up to 2 months VB Job Description Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment for up to 100 local and overseas users Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, network, and system issues in a timely manner Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and telecommunications systems Set up and configure IT equipment and user profiles for new joiners and departing staff Monitor backup servers and enterprise backup systems to ensure data integrity Carry out scheduled and emergency maintenance to keep systems running smoothly Support business applications including door access systems, CCTV, and phone systems Handle IT asset management including procurement, inventory tracking, and disposal of equipment Liaise with vendors and global IT teams to coordinate support and resolve escalated issues Identify and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities to protect company systems and data
