Installation Coordinator - Texas (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback and quality checks on work progress for assigned deployment teams and vendor networks.
• Analyze installation data and field information to identify trends, resolve on-going day-to-day problems, and improve operational workflows.
• Use comprehensive knowledge of internal processes to integrate efforts with Sales, Onboarding, and Operations team, coordinating resources to achieve shared business objectives.
• Coordinate installation scheduling and deployment readiness with customers, vendors, onboarding, and internal teams - the same applies to service cases.
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact during project execution in your designated area (with additional areas added as experience grows).
• Help ensure communities are prepared for successful installations: validate onboarding progress, prep work cases with assigned vendors, confirm sites meet Gatewise readiness standards, and verify proper completion.
• This is a critical transitional point for a successful Gatewise installation.
• Support and manage relationships with your area's installation and service vendors throughout their projects.
• This may require visiting sites to assist through difficult situations, and communicating with leadership when vendors are not meeting Gatewise standards.

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and operationally driven Installation Coordinator to help support and scale Gatewise deployments throughout your designated area. This role serves as the bridge between Gatewise's sales team, onboarding team, approved vendors, and customers during installation and service execution. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects move smoothly from post-sale onboarding through deployment, while maintaining strong communication, accountability, and customer confidence throughout. This role is not a traditional dispatcher or office-only coordination role. The ideal candidate understands access control systems and hardware, field operations, vendor coordination, and customer service. While much of the role is operational and coordination-focused, there will also be regular onsite engagement with vendors and customers throughout your designated area.
