Senior Producer

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Producer who thrives in complexity, ambiguity, and fast-moving environments. This role will lead a portfolio of work for a long-standing strategic client relationship, supporting initiatives that span brand strategy, storytelling, digital experiences, communications, campaigns, and content. Success in this role requires someone who can confidently navigate multiple workstreams, shifting priorities, and a broad range of stakeholders while helping teams stay focused on delivering exceptional work. You'll partner closely with strategists, writers, designers, technologists, and client stakeholders to guide projects from early conversations through final delivery. This isn't a role where every project arrives with a clear brief and defined requirements. You'll help teams uncover the problem, shape the path forward, and create clarity where ambiguity exists. You'll be expected to think strategically about the work, facilitate productive conversations, and help both internal teams and clients navigate feedback to arrive at stronger outcomes.
