Full-Stack Team Lead (Remote)

About the role

Trellis is looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to help lead the development of high-impact, user-facing products across our platform. This is a highly hands-on role, with roughly 70% of your time focused on building and 30% focused on team leadership, issue triage, and people management. You'll work closely with Product and Design to transform large, complex legal datasets into intuitive products, workflows, and analytics that help our customers make better decisions. You'll own meaningful projects across the back-end and front-end, guide engineers through technical execution, and help create a clear, focused environment for the team by filtering priorities, unblocking work, and developing talent. This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay close to the code while also mentoring engineers, improving team execution, and helping shape the quality and direction of our product. Our tech stack includes Python, Django, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Vue, vanilla JavaScript, and AWS. Trellis is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
