What You'll Need to Succeed as a Regional Director Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple venues. What You Will Do in the Role Operational Leadership (20%): Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards. Talent Development (20%): Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives. Performance Management (15%): Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews. Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%): Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities. Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching (30%): Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery.
