We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded professional to join our Finance team in Brno. If you enjoy working with data, analyzing financial performance, and contributing to process improvements and accurate reporting, this role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What you can expect: Supporting month-end close and monthly forecasting activities for production entity Analysis and reconciliations of Sales, COGS, inventory Reporting and statistics (weekly/monthly) Standard costing Downloading, aggregating, and modifying input data from various sources Validating data for subsequent use Checking the accuracy of reports and their distribution Supporting and substituting other members of the analytical and accounting team Supporting other operational departments of the company Participating in corporate compliance areas Participating in audits Checking accounting and optimizing internal processes What we expect from you: Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar corporate finance role. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage. Technical knowledge: User knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams, OneNote. Excel: Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formulas, text and date functions, and understanding of data formats and their impact. Advantage: PowerQuery, Oracle R12, NOETIX, OneStream Professional knowledge: Excellent knowledge of double-entry accounting, basic level of knowledge of standard costing is an advantage Language skills: English at B1-B2 level
