About the role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Continuing Care & Support Services, you will lead the clinical, operational and strategic delivery of rehabilitation services across multiple sites. - About You
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Postgraduate qualification in leadership, management or related discipline
- Experience & capability
- You are an experienced senior healthcare leader with a strong background in rehabilitation or acute care. You bring strong expertise in clinical governance, quality and risk, with a proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams across complex environments.
- You operate confidently at an executive level, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive performance, service growth and innovation. You build trusted relationships with medical staff and stakeholders and are recognised for leading sustainable change.
